Job DescriptionThe Prepaid contact center Trainer trains and coaches a 3-4 week instructor led training for fraud service and customer service representatives that handle inbound calls and fraudulent claims for the prepaid card delivery. The training is held remotely for employees across the United States. The trainer leverage learner feedback, survey data to improve learner experience. This is a unique opportunity to impact the service that we provide to customers as we expand our prepaid card team. In between regular training classes, the trainer can be involved in partner training for vendors, training for career path roles and work closely alongside procedure writers and instructional design for future training needs.
Core Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm M-F, with flexibility for training classes as needed
Starting pay: $23 and up per hour paid based on experience and geographic location
