Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of related experience
Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations
Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls
In-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Additional Job Description
Off-Cycle (Q2 - Q4; Late April through early December ):
Provides strategic leadership and tactical support on all CCAR organizational initiatives (e.g., identification of program efficiencies, elimination of redundancies, improved connection w/ BAU processes, etc.)
Generates and/or streamlines existing governance tools and protocols for enhanced and more effective communication (e.g., automation, enhanced reporting tools/visuals, etc.)
Leads Optimized Target State (“OTS”) effort; Supports integration planning / execution activities
Enhances operating calendar for broader org. alignment (e.g., strategic planning, budget forecasting, etc.)
Develops / refines on-going three lines of defense engagement / communication strategy
Responsible for CCAR Post-Mortem / Leads programmatic enhancement planning
Leads all strategic technological application / system development efforts (e.g., MMS, wDesk, etc.)
In-Cycle (Q1; Late December through early April ):
Dedicated program / product management support (e.g., operating calendar enhancements, MMS, etc.)
Comprehensive deliverable tracking and reporting (e.g., weekly / daily task management, etc.)
Creates / reviews materials for Committee meetings (review & challenge decks, etc.)
Leads development of central / Vice Chair-level R&C materials; Performs effective challenge of results
Generates annual notable enhancements narrative (for Capital Plan)
Owns supporting documentation certification process
Owns Model Management System (“MMS”) development responsibilities and outputs
Manages and maintains CCAR Internal Controls Framework / Inventory and supporting documentation
Primary liaison with Corporate Audit Services (“CAS”); Supports in-cycle / off-cycle testing efforts

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $120,870.00 - $142,200.00 - $156,420.00
