Job Description
Responsible for leading Elavon’s team of Technical Sales Consultants ensuring industry leading subject matter expertise as critical members of the sales and integration lifecycle. An influential member of the Sales Engineering leadership team, the ideal candidate brings extensive proficiency across technology, consulting, sales, and project management balanced with persistent customer advocacy, all of which will be required to meet the expectation of rapidly emerging as an organizational leader.
Critical aspects of the role:
Lead client facing team of technical, subject matter experts
Client Advocate for all Elavon Products and Solutions
Works fluidly amongst Sales, Product, and Technology leaders
Defines appropriate metrics and best practices to ensure strategic directives are surpassed
Works within a highly matrixed environment amongst competing stakeholders
Works cross-organizationally to ensure peerless delivery of high visibility initiatives
Monitors and continually improves processes, communication, and where applicable, automation

Basic Qualifications
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Two or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
Demonstrable, disciplined experience leading high profile, high performing teams and initiatives
Technical, Consulting, and Sales expertise
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Five or more years of experience in customer-facing technical consulting, engineering, and/or product delivery
Previous Sales and/or Sales Engineering experience
Hands on experience in one more contemporary programming languages
Thorough understanding of, and experience with REST APIs
Previous Payments industry experience
