Job DescriptionAt U.S Bank, Senior HR Business Partners are called Talent Consultants. Talent Consultants partner with senior leaders to design and implement enterprise-wide and divisional people strategies, manage day-to-day relationships and deliver one HR through end-to-end people solutions in partnership with our Total Rewards, Recruiting, Talent, Learning and Development, and Employee Services teams. Talent consultants consult on organizational design, effectiveness and restructuring, serve as a talent coaches to senior leader, serve as a culture champion with a focus on DEI, and the organization through advanced people analytics COMPETENCIES: (The Why -Mindset / Thinking) Successful Talent Consultants exhibit: Business and Commercial Acumen – Has impressive intellectual horsepower and critical thinking skills and can be accretive to the senior management teams.
