Job DescriptionSoftware Engineering Manager – Automation Enablement Center About the team As the leader and owner of the Robotics Automation platforms in the Automation Enablement Center, you will be responsible for promoting the use of Robotics Automation with business and technology teams across the enterprise. You will work to continuously improve our processes and governance model and enhance the services we offer. You will have oversight over platform management and agile/engineering resources and teams. You will collaborate with the portfolio manager and the intelligent automation leader as we define the roadmap for the team and expand the automation toolkit with additional capabilities. What you will do Be responsible for the governance and controls specific to Robotics Automation.

Manage resource assignments in collaboration with the managers in your team

Promote the use of automation technologies with business and technology teams through presentations and demos.

Collaborate with portfolio managers

Help define the roadmap for the Automation Enablement Center including capabilities and service offerings.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Six to eight years of relevant technical experience

Five or more years of leading a software engineering team

Preferred Skills/Experience Complete understanding of the team's domain and drives the team's objectives and deliverables with an understanding of adjacent teams' business domains Complete understanding of a feature, the users impacted, the flows impacted and feature's purpose

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business strategy and how the technical and engineering strategy aligns to this

Advanced knowledge of information systems technology and software development processes and tools, especially industry specific applications

Thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures

Strong analytical, product management, tactical planning and leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the product team (engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors, customers, etc.)

Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with automation technologies

Exposure or expertise in implementing AI/ML based solutions
