Job Description Position Highlights

Our Senior Product Manager oversees product development for Salesforce Service Cloud supporting Elavon business lines and Elavon customers. This role will lead agile product teams to identify, design, prototype, configure and implement new product features and capabilities for Salesforce Service Cloud with a focus on foundational data and functions to support Elavon sales and service globally. Additionally this person will Interface with business and technical resources to ensure business requirements can be met following Salesforce design and usage best practices.

Provides ongoing evaluation and guidance of Salesforce feature design and development against business objectives

Builds conceptual prototypes and models to support final implementation objectives across DIT, DIY, API, and other business line strategic initiatives

Works with product management and users to identify and analyze needs/gaps in business processes; prioritize and sequence features and identify dependencies; provides recommendations for the request and/or problem resolution Identifies internal and/or external resources to ensure successful feature implementation

Plans releases with product and delivery teams; documents as appropriate; ensures a smooth implementation of “change”; resolves problems

Assists with product testing and training as applicable

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Eight or more years of related work experience

Preferred Sills and Experience

At least five years of experience working in an agile software development model

Experience with a thorough understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and associated technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures

Strong Salesforce background in design, configuration, and administration

Working knowledge of product development and business analysis

Demonstrated collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Well-developed oral and written communication skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00 This is an Elavon posting. Elavon is a part of the U.S. Bank family.
