Job DescriptionJoin the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Delivery team to design and implement platform solutions that enable business lines to support revenue initiatives and promote and improve engagement. We are seeking candidates with a commitment to innovation as we continue to transform and mature our CRM platform.
Our CRM Business Delivery team supports a wide array of organizations with a broad scale of solutions. Successful candidates should demonstrate success in developing digital products that redefine the customer and banker experience.
The individual will report to the SVP of CRM Business Delivery and engage with partners across the enterprise to drive innovation and growth. Key partners include: Corporate & Commercial Banking, Consumer & Business Banking, Corporate Payment Services, Global Treasury Management, and Global Corporate Trust and Custody. Key Responsibilities · Define the Salesforce product roadmap · Drive business transformation through tactical and strategic product management · Manages product objectives and key results · Oversees the product development and sprint delivery · Ensures products meet regulatory, legal and marketing requirements Basic Qualifications · Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience · Ten or more years of related work experience Preferred Skills and Experience · Salesforce Administration Certification · Experience working in Financial Services Industry · Strong product management, design and development skills · Thorough knowledge of product/program development, implementation, and strategic analysis · Experience leading matrixed teams · Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, influencing, and persuasion skills
