Job DescriptionThe BCI Specialist role sits within the Issuing Risk PRISM Oversight Team.

As a first line of defense risk management function, the PRISM Oversight team is accountable for providing BCI/PRISM Process guidance and support to the business.

In line with the overall objective of the PRISM Oversight team, the PRISM specialist is tasked with supporting the business for all PRISM related activities.

Specifically, the role will:

Continuously monitor for new PRISM submissions Provide subject matter expertise to project owners responsible for submitting PRISM and the business line management. Review PRISM submissions for accuracy and completeness. Partner with project owners to ensure execution of recommended revisions. Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure the completion of all PRISM associated tasks in a timely manner. Actively monitor key milestones and dates at a PRISM submission level to ensure they are met on a consistent basis. Manage and maintain key reporting routines for the Issuing Risk PRISM Oversight Team. Actively participate in all BCI and PRISM related meeting routines.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Five to seven years of applicable experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Advanced knowledge of the BCI/PRISM process. Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business. Advanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls. Advanced knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies. Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to grow and maintain strong working relationships all levels of employees across the enterprise.
