Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is hiring for a Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to cover clients in the Georgia and Florida markets. The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, assisting in the delivery of deposit products and capital markets solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated business development and prospecting skills. Other responsibilities will include portfolio management, loan underwriting, structuring, and negotiation. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience - Seven plus 10 years of commercial lending experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Considerable knowledge of credit and credit quality - Thorough knowledge of bank products and services - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Previous small business banking experience
