Job Description

U.S. Bank is hiring for a seasoned Integration Project Manager to support strategic Alliance programs. The ideal candidate will be a technical, relationship builder that is comfortable collaborating across various businesses and with current Alliance partners. He/she will help coordinate technology being delivered in support of Alliance strategy, including leading efforts to manage and prioritize joint backlogs, in collaboration with Alliance partners.

Job Function & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Alliance partners, CDO and TOS on the coordination and delivery of consolidated alliance program roadmap and priorities

  • Leads prioritization process across strategic alliance relationships and syndicate priorities within the prioritization processes of the various product organizations

  • Responsible for the coordination and delivery of technology commitments made with clients and partners

  • Helps to intake, initiate sizing engagement and respond to new technology discussions for new tech needs & requests (e.g., data files & APIs)

  • Has a thorough understanding of industry trends and various partner integration models to help drive improvements and efficiency to the alliance technology package

  • Works with TOS & CDO on funding requests and needs to support ongoing alliance support

  • Supports new business opportunities (net new or additions to existing partners), leading discussions & project leadership during new program launch activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

  • Two or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience :

  • Two or more years of or integration planning &/or technical project management

  • Ability to work with technical & business teams to support new & existing strategic alliances integrations, program enhancements & ongoing maintenance to drive business outcomes

  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and strategic problem-solving skills

  • Confident disposition with comfortability being a “builder”

  • Ability to rally around a vision and hold team members, both internal and external, accountable

  • A knack for being nimble and thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and paving own path in the face of adversity

  • Excellent -organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
