Job DescriptionElavon is seeking an effective Servicing Program Leader, who will possess proven resource and project management experience to contribute toward the success of our business line initiatives. Additional responsibilities include:

• Directly supervises and manages all levels of program and project management activities; • Manages projects of varied complexity levels by effectively utilizing a project management methodology and associated tools; • Manages assigned resource pool and related budget to achieve project management office objectives; • Manages projects from initial concept through final implementation by utilizing approved project methodology and tools; • Manages projects from initial concept through final implementation; • Interfaces with all areas impacted by the project, including executives, business lines, vendors, and internal resources; • Assists business area(s) to prioritize top initiatives and transitions concepts into projects/programs; and • Advocates for business areas’ projects/programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • PMI Project Management Professional credential (strongly preferred)
  • Subject matter expert in payments industry
  • Project and program management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
