Job Description
U.S. Bank and Elavon are seeking a technology leader with proven expertise in the design and delivery of cloud-based solutions for Salesforce and next-generation integration technologies based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Kafka. This leader will accelerate the modernization of existing HIMMS and other legacy system capabilities platforms. In addition to delivery, the successful candidate should have delivered new capabilities using Salesforce and SFDC integration solutions and demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud native architectures and design.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing and problem-solving architectural or technical issues during the planning or delivery of program increment features and stories.
Build a strong partnership with Product Management and Architecture teams to ensure successful delivery of product roadmap.
Can deliver a global vision for Salesforce and open-source solutions using public cloud technology that engages senior leadership and stakeholders across both North America and Europe.
Engages with vendor partners to secure technical resources needed to execute technology projects.
Manages third party partners and vendors across lifecycle of programs, projects, and end-to-end solutions.
Works closely with technology and business senior management to fully understand delivery, functional and operational priorities across related business and technology roadmaps and in-flight product roadmaps.
Facilitates and leads governance and ownership discussions across functional groups, technology teams, and key stakeholders to identify and validate technology solution strategy, scope, plans, execution dependencies, and key deliverables.
Effectively manages personnel and technical issues associated with providing end to end delivery solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Advises and coaches team members on priorities, best practices, problem solving, technical direction, and standard methods.
Embraces Change Management and champions CICD Change Process
Qualifications:
6+ years as a Salesforce leader who has managed a team of salesforce admins and developers (Lightning) that have implemented, configured, and managed SFDC (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
8+ years of extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, LWC, triggers, batch Apex, Salesforce APIs and Salesforce configuration Or a Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to lead others to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Proven ability to deliver and providing on-going management for App Exchange plug-ins
Prior knowledge of working with Integration Platforms (Heroku, ETL, open-source)
Prior knowledge and working with CICD pipelines (Copado)
One or more of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant
