This role will be responsible for managing project activity for an assigned business line or for projects that cross several business lines. Typically works with senior business line management to formulate project scope. Manages a medium to large project staff and/or department, generally with direct and indirect staff. Projects are very complex with considerable difficulty and generally cross several business lines. Projects often require twelve months or more to complete. Has a comprehensive to expert knowledge of assigned business function and technical skills. Recognized as an expert in several project areas.
In addition, this role will manage the Operational Acquisition and Customer Authentication team which is responsible for:
Retail Payment Solutions (RPS) account initiation, underwriting, and customer authentication fraud experience intake requests and system backlog requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Experience leading Agile Project Managers for multiple teams
Lead operational readiness, comprehensive testing automation, and production support
Support multiple components of account initiation, underwriting, and customer authentication fraud experience across key technology platforms such as ACAPS and ECLIPS
Implementation of Fraud controls for Elavon Underwriting
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Direct people management experience for teams of 10 or more
Leadership focus around coaching relative to agile product management and operational change management
Proven ability to build and manage a team of agile product management professionals who work directly with Payments management
Strong ideation, discovery, and solutioning concepts
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of Payments industry including operations, products and services, applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory trends

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $102,170.00 - $120,200.00 - $132,220.00
