Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is currently seeking a Communications Measurement Analyst, who will measure and analyze company-wide communications data to ensure effective communication to employees, shareholders, and the community. Additional responsibilities include: • Consults with various business line teams to assist in the creation of strong communication plans that will assist in meeting company goals and objectives; • Builds integrated and unified media and market intelligence capabilities for a single-team approach focused on editorial content, stakeholder and digital platform intelligence, and integrated analytics; • Evaluates complex information and strategically determines appropriate method of communication based on topic and company goals; • Advises on internal and external publications and provides research on best practices; and • Supports project management for special communications efforts, including issue management and reputation risk.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Seven or more years of experience in communications activities

Preferred Skills and Experience - Experience with coding language - Knowledge of SQL server language - Experience with database administration - Experience with data visualization - Four to six years’ experience in measurement and insights activities - Proven communication management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong research, analysis, and interviewing skills - Competency in Boolean search - Well-developed organizational and project management skills - Ability to negotiate, consult, and influence internal and external parties
