Position Highlights:

  • Supervisor of a small team and tasks related to corporate card processing

  • Resolving settlement and customer impacting differences accurately and timely for a positive customer experience

  • Project and audit tasks related to the team’s role and operational tasks

  • Full understanding of accounts receivable/accounts payable accounting

  • Analysis and interpretation on front end platforms to correct general ledger differences

  • Adjustment of roles and hands on knowledge to facilitate daily required activity.

  • This role can range from performing operational tasks and activity through to project and reporting needs


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to eight years of operations experience in the financial services industry

  • Three or more years of supervisory/management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • 4-6 years’ experience in financial accounting disciplines

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft office Applications (Word & Excel), TSYS knowledge a plus

  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and other regulations

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions independently

  • Willingness to take on operational tasks and move towards process improvements

  • Strong team ethic and willingness to help in issue resolution

  • Prior banking and/or settlement experience is a plus
