U.S. Bank Strategy & Insights Project Analyst in SAN FRANCISCO, California

The Customer Experience Office Multicultural Strategy team works to create a culturally relevant unified customer experience. The Strategy and Insights Project Analyst will work closely with the Strategy and Insights manager to develop long term plans and business cases focused on attracting and retaining multicultural consumers. The Strategy and Insights analyst coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to key areas and senior management on a regular basis. Additionally, the Strategy and Insights analyst will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time.

This position reports to the Strategy and Insights manager and supports long term planning and business case development for the Multicultural Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and ensure all long term planning deliverables are completed across business partners, including Marketing, Omni, Translation Governance, ERA, Community Engagement, HR, Deposits, RPS, Mortgage, etc. (CapEx process)

· Collaborate with product and finance teams for scenario planning and finalizing financials for submission

· Track all open questions and work to close out questions throughout the long term planning process

· Create and update project materials for leadership review and socialization

· Ensure all deliverables are met on time with the long term planning process

· Support the development of Multicultural business cases and long term strategic planning

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

· 5-8 years of project management or related experience

· Bachelor’s degree/Masters preferred

Preferred Skills/Experience

· Project management certification or similar level accomplishment

· Proven writing/editing skills

· Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office applications, and experience preparing executive level presentations

· Ability to proactively consult with internal customers, business line and/or project leaders

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently or as part of a project team

· Strong planning and time management skills

· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
