Duties: Serve as an IT project manager, responsible for implementing and tracking the strategic tenants, core values, and key performance indicators for digital product projects; Drive the customer experience, product development and strategy; Work with multiple User Research techniques that enable an optimized user experience; and Work with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies to implement specific product enhancements.
