U.S. Bank Sales Support Team Lead in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota

Responsible for the day to day functionality of the Sales Support Department including call quality feedback to team members, daily schedule changes and new employee training. Manage inbound brokerage calls from Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants as well as the first point of contact for escalations. Works closely with Operational Departments to resolve issues if necessary. Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems with a professional manner. Researches and resolves problems and errors.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of experience in computer technology applications and analysis

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area

  • Good organizational, managerial and project management skills

  • Well-developed customer relations skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Basic knowledge of banking operations and human resources

  • Series 7 license (or willingness to obtain)
