U.S. Bank e-Lockbox Operations Analyst in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota

Position Highlights:

  • Performs analysis and defines development needed to improve systems workflows, existing technology and operating efficiency.

  • Makes recommendations on procedural updates needed. Works with E-Lockbox Support staff to assist with level 2 support questions.

  • Works with internal and external business partners and customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide a high level of operational support and service for E-Lockbox customers.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of experience in operations/technology/ project management activities

  • One year customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • General knowledge of policies, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for ACH system

  • Ability to determine business need, schedule meetings with appropriate attendees, plan meeting agendas and confer with business line leaders

  • Understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to work as part of a project team to achieve results

  • Ability to work independently to support operational goals

  • Ability to move projects along, determine roadblocks and help resolve

  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
