U.S. Bank e-Lockbox Operations Analyst in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota
Performs analysis and defines development needed to improve systems workflows, existing technology and operating efficiency.
Makes recommendations on procedural updates needed. Works with E-Lockbox Support staff to assist with level 2 support questions.
Works with internal and external business partners and customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide a high level of operational support and service for E-Lockbox customers.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in operations/technology/ project management activities
One year customer service experience
General knowledge of policies, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for ACH system
Ability to determine business need, schedule meetings with appropriate attendees, plan meeting agendas and confer with business line leaders
Understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a project team to achieve results
Ability to work independently to support operational goals
Ability to move projects along, determine roadblocks and help resolve
Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
