U.S. Bank Business Operations Quality Control Analyst in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota

Position Highlights

  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards.

  • Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.

  • Documents quality issues, performance measures and improvements for management review.

  • Provides information to assist with feedback to employees and in the ongoing training.

  • Defines and performs systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency.

  • Makes recommendations to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to eight years of experience in operations/technology project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit

  • Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders

  • Ability to review complex documentation and insure processing is completed accurately

  • Ability to provide production results, performance and training recommendations to the Group Manager

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision

  • Ability to work as a team leader
