U.S. Bank Agency Performance Manager in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri
Manages a network of 3 rd party outside collection agencies assigned to collect bank card accounts. Manages the review and collection of past due accounts to achieve recovery goals with minimal risk. Candidates should be experienced creating short and long term recovery strategies and using various performance metrics and scorecards to achieve maximum performance. This position also manages the internal and external Deceased Processing and Servicing functions for the bank.
Candidates should be analytical, have a high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, as well as state laws governing debt collection. Candidates should have above average skills using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office products. Ensures compliance with applicable internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in collections and financial services industry
Three or more years of management/supervisory experience
Advanced knowledge of loan collection techniques, policies, procedures, and principles of credit lending
Strong understanding of collection laws and regulations
Advanced knowledge of consumer, residential, commercial and/or dealer originated installment lending as applicable
Thorough knowledge of on-line collection systems
Thorough knowledge of general organizational operations and procedures
Strong planning and organizational skills
Good managerial skills
Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
