Internship Responsibilities May Include:
Perform industry research on large corporate clients and prospects
Participate in internal and client calls with Relationship Managers to discuss new business
Work with Relationship Managers to prepare new product presentations
Assist with client relationship expansion initiatives
Engage in the investment discipline including asset allocation, trading, and investment policy statement
Complete credit analysis with the portfolio management team
Conduct financial statement analysis, economic/market analysis, risk profile analysis and industry/sector analysis
Participate in team meetings and perform new prospect searches.
Adhoc Reporting and Analytics
Perform other related duties as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to work within a multiple disciplinary team and receive dynamic on-the-job training
Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
