U.S. Bank Senior Performance Architect in RICHFIELD, Minnesota

U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Senior Performance Architect with technical design and architecture experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. The Senior Performance Architect is responsible for leading the monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the performance of Consumer Channel end-to-end technical solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

--Monitors system and component performance. Troubleshoots and resolves common performance problems utilizing automated load testing, transaction tracing, log analysis, browser profiling, and database analysis. Experience with system monitoring tools.

--Leads the efforts of application developers, network, database, and infrastructure specialists to identify and implement performance improvements. Responsible for analysis of application configuration to align with automated testing tools. Assists developers with on-going performance support and trouble shooting. Able to provided performance best practices mentoring.

--Analyzes performance results and measurements and regularly reports findings to project teams, development teams, management, and business stakeholders. Presents performance improvement recommendations.

--Translates performance requirements into technical requirements. Helps in the design of technical solutions that meet these requirements. Includes capacity and load simulation planning.

--Produces and reviews performance strategies.

--Serves as subject matter expert for performance testing and performance test tools.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

-At least 5 years experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.

-At least 10 years experience with developing and implementing applications.

-Strong Performance testing lead experience and testing Load Runner Scripting with Java hands-on experience

-Agile Way of Working, Digital: Splunk and DevOps, Assurance: Performance Engineering, Application --Performance Tuning, Assurance: Performance Testing

-Expert in systems architecture and performance engineering in DevOps mode

-Expertise in Mobile testing
