U.S. Bank Project Analyst 5-Omnichannel in RICHFIELD, Minnesota

This project analyst will have responsibilities to support the Omnichannel business line across a number of responsibilities, but focusing in the areas of credit product features, products and services. Ensures quality requirements to support both external and internal customers as they interact with all Omnichannel areas (Online, Mobile, and Call Center). Accomplishes results through effective relationship management between Technology Partners as well as Business Line partners and other internal partners. Co-ordinates business implementation activities including: the execution of the deployment plans, communications, validation and business readiness checklists. Responsible for ensuring a product/ service/ feature is ready for customers through testing process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with digital customer facing channels, in-depth product knowledge of customer and small business banking credit products, and strong knowledge of call center operations and processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Understands the business line and customer needs of a project, and articulates detailed business requirements to support the desired change

  • Creates and executes successful business line acceptance testing of new functionality

  • Able to plan, coordinate and facilitate all aspects of business readiness, including call volume forecasting, change management (internal communication, training, management updates, customer communication), implementation support

  • Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes

  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams/ business lines

  • Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities for assigned projects

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

  • Three or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Thorough knowledge of project management

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
