U.S. Bank Enterprise Technology Architect in RICHFIELD, Minnesota

U.S. Bank Enterprise Architecture is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Technology Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture Team. As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will be responsible for delivering the Enterprise Architecture services of solution consulting, technology roadmaps, vendor product evaluations, technology standards, architecture governance, reference architecture development and more. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in multiple technical areas. Additionally, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with key partners to actively manage the remediation of obsolete and non-permitted technologies.

As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will be expected to be a high performing team member of Enterprise Architecture by planning, managing and driving work efforts. In addition, members of Enterprise Architecture are expected to provide leadership in enterprise-level projects by engaging, developing and collaborating with others toward shared goals.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 10 years of experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of technology architecture (people, process, technology and data).

  • At least 10 years of experience with leading the development and use of technology architecture models and frameworks.

  • Conflict resolution, persuasion, influence, and negotiation

  • Facilitation and collaborative decision making

  • DevOps

  • Financial Industry

Subject matter expert in:

  • TOGAF

  • System Delivery Life Cycle methods

  • ITIL/ITSM
