U.S. Bank Project Analyst 4 in Phoenix, Arizona
Under minimal direction and guidance, works on small to large sized complex projects as a lead or representative for Data Integration Operations. Tasks include but not limited to filling the role of an Agile team member performing testing tasks, creation of project required documentation including detailed testing artifacts, interaction and coordination with other affected U.S. Bank departments, and ensuring proper sign-offs are received as required. Provide advice to department managers on matters related to assigned projects, which includes giving analytical, planning and administrative guidance.
Specific Job Tasks:
• Analyze project details to interpret requirements/user stories
• Identify required testing and deliverables for project and/or Program Increment
• Perform required ST1 and ST2 testing
• Obtain sign-off from key partners for any required artifacts
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet project completion timeline.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Participate in project meetings and provide input for Data Integration Operations
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
Knowledge of the assigned business functions and advanced technical skills
Understanding of the Project methodology and life cycle
Knowledge of ANSI X12, XML, and NACHA file formats
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Knowledge of banking functions and products
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision
High level of attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Access)
