U.S. Bank Workflow Coordinator - Case Processing Career Path in OVERLAND PARK, Kansas

We are currently seeking an experienced Case Processor for a dynamic opportunity as a Workflow Coordinator on the Debit Pre-arb Case Processing team. All applicants must currently be employed as a Case Processor for a minimum of six months and fully meeting all performance standards. Must have a quality exception rate of 2% or less in current position.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to facilitate and actively participate in team meetings

  • Provide feedback and assist with representative coaching and mentoring

  • Manage team quality exception rate to 2% or less

  • Provide information for one-on-one’s as directed by Team Manager

  • Daily/weekly tasks and tracking as directed by Team Manager

  • Work dispute and fraud cases as directed

  • Assist with customer escalations

  • Reinforce leadership direction to the team

  • Desk assistance/clean-up

  • Manage team shared mailboxes as needed

  • File reviews


Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Four or more years of bank operational functions, systems, policies and procedures, or related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of computer applications and/or the equipment used in the assigned area

  • Good customer relations skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-developed ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
