Elavon is currently seeking an eCommerce & Card Not Present (CNP) National Sales Representative, who will be a part of the Global eCommerce/CNP team. The eCommerce & CNP National Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new revenue from eCommerce and CNP merchant opportunities to enterprise businesses with revenues of greater than $50 million. This role is a combination of generated leads from our nationally-branded U.S. Bank partner in assigned markets, integrated partners, and self-generated leads. Additional responsibilities include:
Engages with product teams to help drive strategy;
Builds relationship with bankers, ISVs, and other lead sources to drive leads;
Acts as consultant for eCommerce payments;
Owns the full sales cycle from lead to close;
Develops profitable new business account relationships;
Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services;
Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients; and
Responds to RFPs.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 8-10 years of sales experience in the payments/financial services industry
Ability to travel up to 30%
Passion for innovation and emerging technology
Experience in a client-facing role selling and/or supporting complex enterprise software, technical, or financial services
Experience selling eCommerce solutions in the merchant card industry
Understanding of both eCommerce and CNP payment processing environment
History of exceeding sales quotas
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong consultative sales skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to influence c-suite decision makers
Creative deal closer
Ability to understand complex requirements and devise customized solutions
Ability to build strong pipeline with profitable opportunities
