U.S. Bank Administrative Assistant-Real Estate Technical Services in NEWPORT BEACH, California

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for Real Estate Technical Services (RETECHS). . Other duties may include: process management; QA/QC, collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Experience in report generation and disbursement on a deadline

  • Experience in payroll and time sheet maintenance

  • Experience in record keeping, archiving information and record retrieval

  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suit specifically in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point
