U.S. Bank Performance Coach- Metro Chicago in NAPERVILLE, Illinois

Functions as an internal coach or consultant to increase workplace productivity and effectiveness in relation to sales and service goals. Defines initiatives to drive results up; improve line of business performance and create bottom line impact for internal client. Partners with line management to design, develop, and implement programs to meet unique needs of client. Conducts performance assessment; researches and analyzes results using proven data analysis methods to identify gaps and deliver solutions. Provides productivity leadership and consulting to line of business leaders. Involved in developing and designing training and presentation to sales force for achievement of goals. Conveys information and assists with implementing training initiatives, best practices, action plans, development planning, mentoring programs, and sales improvement strategies. Provides productivity leadership and consulting to business line management.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three or more years of project management or related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Basic understanding and application of Performance Improvement skills

  • Basic understanding of banking regulations and policies

  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bank's products, services and operations

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

  • Strong project management and financial skills

  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
