U.S. Bank U.S. Bank Human Resources Business Partner - Fixed Income Capital Markets in Montpelier, Vermont

• Provides comprehensive HR support to the Fixed Income & Capital Markets business unit within the Wholesale Banking line of business. Fixed Income & Capital Markets serves our customers with dedicated teams and specialists in their field, with capabilities including: fixed Income, loan sales & trading, syndicated loans, interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange and private placements.

• Engages in and supports business strategy through building relationships and working with managers across regions to clarify strategy, manage talent, create value added organizational capabilities and deliver supporting HR strategies.

• Serves as functional expert, client advocate, talent advisor, and strategic partner to the business unit.

• Provides essential functions in employee relations, HR analytics, organizational design and development, project management, talent acquisition and management, and compensation.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Seven or more years of related human resources experience (preferably in Fixed Income and Capital Markets).

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • High level of demonstrated knowledge in fixed income, loan sales & trading, syndicated loans, interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange and private placements.

  • Superior customer service and relationship management skills

  • Excellent process facilitation and project management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • Supervisory experience preferred
