U.S. Bank TM Accounts Analysis, Billing and Service Manager in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

Responsibilities include effectively managing seven non-exempt and one exempt staff member for the Account Analyst & Billing (AA&B) customer service help desk, and processing in support of Account Analysis maintenance, validations, research and resolutions as well as numerous administrative activities for the department, along with expanded analysis functionality and processes to support new products and the system and process conversions. This group is one of several service support teams supporting the Treasury Management process.

AA&B maintains Treasury Management (TM) & business deposit volumes, pricing, billing cycles, maintenance, reconcilement & risk control for multiple U.S. Bank business lines such as internal relationship managers, business bankers etc. from U.S. Bank's Corporate, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Community Banking, Metropolitan Banking, Wealth Management & Trust Services lines of business.

Ideal team manager candidates will demonstrate successful multilevel management skills (non exempt and exempt). Qualified candidates will be comfortable taking over for a team that is successful managing busy multistep process requests, follow all required risk and compliance directions and capable of calmly leading a professional and knowledgeable operations processing team.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Seven or more years of operations experience in the financial services processing industry

  • Four or more years of supervisory/management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Considerable knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for Account Analysis and Billing departments or similar

  • Experience managing non-exempt staff

  • Background working in high volume, detail oriented call or customer service centers

  • Familiarity with Hogan RPM and other electronic processing platforms

  • In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations

  • Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills

  • Well-developed customer relations skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
