U.S. Bank Technical Implementation Project Manager – Payables & Global Services in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

This position will be responsible for facilitating the process to implement a suite of Payables products and Global Services for our Treasury Management customers. This position will be responsible for gathering, understanding, documenting, and communicating requirements for all projects they are assigned. This position acts as the liaison for internal departments and is responsible for meeting project deliverables in a timely and effective manner. This role is the customer’s primary contact at U.S. Bank for the duration of the project and is responsible for maintaining regular stakeholder updates both internally and to the customer. Maintains accurate project documents (schedule, requirements, agenda, TMIG, etc.) and distribute them in a timely manner to all participants. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Treasury Management, familiarity with remittance processing and the ability to manage multiple detailed projects.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problems solving skills

  • Two years of Treasury Management experience

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex implementation issues.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines while adapting to changing conditions

  • Strong computer skills, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
