U.S. Bank Incentive Plan Manager in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

Responsible for the design, development, implementation and execution of business line incentive plans in accordance with company policy, and ensuring their incentive plans are reviewed and approved through the annual renewal process. Uses sound, generally accepted compensation principles as the basis for consulting with business line on new plan design or plan change requests. Tracks progress of plan review, approvals and any required follow up communications. Assigns duties as needed to the incentive plan administrator.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line(s) or functional area(s)

  • Expert level of knowledge of incentive plans, design and functional requirements

  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Advanced incentive software processing development and reporting skills, which includes Microsoft Excel, Access visual basic programming, testing and maintenance of databases and processes outside of ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) as well as advanced knowledge of ICM web client
