Financial Systems Analyst

Responsible for moderately complex systems analysis activities and projects.

Work is typically performed under limited guidance. Primary responsible is supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Account Transfer System. Designs and Create reports or modifies and enhance existing reports for management use. Generally responsible for participating in the design, development, and maintenance of management information systems.

Specific duties include:

  • Provide support and maintenance to the Account Transfer Systems.

  • Analyzing financial data and researching any reconciliation differences.

  • Performing Month End Close monitoring to insure all process completed successfully with data accuracy

  • supporting load scripts request and autosys issues

  • debugging of process and procedure failures in oracle

  • On-Call support – some of which may occur off-hours

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three years of experience in financial systems technology and analysis

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Require Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in Accounting, Finance or Math

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Thorough knowledge of financial systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, esp. Excel and Access.

  • Experience in PL SQL is a plus but not required.
