U.S. Bank Executive Assistant in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota
Fantastic opportunity for someone interested in assisting the rapidly growing Business Owner Advisory Services (BOAS) group. The person in this position will be an integral part of this group and responsibilities will include: preparing presentations in PowerPoint; coordinating meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; actively managing calendars, organizing and tracking of marketing meetings, and candidate interviews; submitting expenses for reimbursement; managing billing for the group; preparing agendas and taking minutes for governance meetings; producing reports from Salesforce; creating and maintaining client files; and collecting and interpreting data to produce reports in excel and other data bases. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, presentations, spread sheets, etc.
Associate degree, bachelors degree is preferred.
At least seven years of experience in executive administrative and support staff activities for a rapidly growing group
Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experience with Salesforce.
Proactive and has a sense of urgency
Super positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Self Starter and Comfortable in a fast paced environment
