Business Technology Analyst
(aka TSM - Technical Solution Manager )
Works with internal team members to enroll clients in Security monitoring program to help ensure clients using Single Sign-on (SSO) solution meet our Security standards. Works with IT department to ensure client facing SSO documentation is maintained and up to date. Reviews solution with internal staff and clients who plan to integrate with SSO solution.
Familiar with basic information security practices; will be responsible for working with any new and existing clients that integrate with our SSO solution and aid the clients in completing annual security assessment process, which involves becoming familiar with established processes and procedures to initiate and complete an assessment.
Candidate will also be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on MasterCard products supported and used by clients. This will include Global Client, Smart Data and Insight on Demand setup. As SME for MC products will be responsible for supporting Operational staff with how these products work (Q&A).
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of experience in project management, and computer technology applications and analysis
- Must have 3 or more years implementing single sign on
Familiarity with Information Security technology and policies.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Three or more years of experience working with external customers and vendors
Three or more years of experience in software application development
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines. Demonstrates problem-solving skills.
Sound technical skills and ability to develop subject matter expertise in areas of the software development
Uses knowledge and communication skills to influence, direct and monitor project activity
Ability to independently manage projects with ease and precision
Prepares/updates weekly project status reports
Prepares project documentation as appropriate; provides communication of project status to business line
