U.S. Bank Customer Care Rep 2 - Equipment Finance Marshall MN in MARSHALL, Minnesota

Demonstrate a commitment to provide the highest level of customer experience for all U.S Bank customers, both internal and external. Maintain and support both U.S. Bank customers and team members working towards the same common goal of providing service second to none. Works directly with customers’ account, inquiries and any items directly related to their U.S Bank relationship to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems. Researches and resolves problems and errors. Cross sells products and services or refers customers to appropriate sales staff.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two to four years of experience in a customer service position

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Able to work independently or with a team
