U.S. Bank Collector 2 in MARSHALL, Minnesota

The high balance collector position allows you the opportunity to manage a portfolio of relationships with customer exposure in excess of $100,000 across multiple market channels. The successful candidate will analyze/reconcile multiple account relationships, affect the appropriate collection strategy and escalate issues to Senior Leaders and other functional teams in addition to building strong relationships with our clients and sales teams.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities

  • This job requires a thorough knowledge of all relevant operational processes and procedures. Applicant must be proficient in and able to navigate relevant computer systems and reporting applications.

  • Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. This includes proven customer service/relations skills including the ability to deal effectively, tactfully, and knowledgeably with business partners and sources.

  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, organizational skills, the ability to set priorities and manage time and the ability to work with minimal management involvement.
