U.S. Bank Wealth Management - Private Banking Associate (AAA Program) in LAS VEGAS, Nevada

Private Wealth Banking (PWM) Analysts have shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM Private Banking. This entry level position is focused on honing the technical aspects of private banking and developing the superior client facing skills needed to become an Private Banker. On-the-job training will be provided under direct supervision of Private Banker, learning about private banking products and services and how to use those to meet client requirements. Completes financial statement analysis; making recommendations to Private Bankers as appropriate.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • One to three years of related experience in the financial services industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
