U.S. Bank Institutional Practice Director in Lansing, Michigan
This role entails building our institutional asset management strategy across client segments where U.S. Bank has an edge and proximity to assets through other businesses. This role will be accountable for sales, service, and research development within each client segment and across the entire client platform. Key responsibilities include building the institutional strategy by segment (insurance, endowments & foundations, municipalities, pension plans), working with existing sales professionals across the institutional trust and custody and wealth management business lines, developing content per segment, establishing a quarterly review deliverable, overseeing and managing fiduciary processes, engaging with technology on client needs (microsites, remote and mobile access), working with investment professionals across asset allocation and due diligence.
12 year's of banking experience
7 year's of management experience
BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related field
Well developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
Knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry
Well developed analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills
Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
