U.S. Bank Elavon Fulfillment Support Manager in KNOXVILLE, Tennessee

Position Highlights:

  • Manages and ensures the efficient workflow of team and identifies ways to increase efficiency, accountability, and enhance the customer experience

  • Anticipate changes and formulate proactive strategies to maintain consistent productivity

  • Leads and directs cross-functional teams to produce results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends

  • Communicate change to employees/managers. Assist with prioritization of tasks when needed

  • Prepare and communicate performance assessments – both the successes and the opportunities with a straightforward honest approach

  • Participate in the interview and hiring process

  • Budget/Forecasting preparation, review, and analysis

  • Responsible for providing project and analytical support for medium to large sized projects and/or assists analysts by working on a portion of a large and more complex project

  • Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals

  • Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of operations experience in the financial services industry

  • Two or more years of supervisory/management experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Typically requires a general to thorough level of knowledge of a specific business line or functional area

  • Supervisory experience planning, organizing, and coaching the work of staff

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and listen empathetically

  • Ability to analyze data and communicate its meaning to business teams/customers

  • Knowledge of Fulfillment processes and how they relate to systems/reporting

  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis of processes

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
