U.S. Bank Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst in Irvine, California

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst for the Enterprise CRM Program team to contribute to the success of implementation and evolution of the bank’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will play a vital role supporting a large-scale CRM program to ensure the timely delivery of innovative solutions to address complex business objectives across the enterprise. The position will collaborate between business groups and technology teams and will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to assess and design business models, gather business requirements, integrate technology, develop training and implementation materials, and provide post-implementation support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management and conduct business and systems analysis on a variety of projects and initiatives in the Enterprise CRM Program

  • Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts and other team members to define and document high-level business needs and detailed requirements

  • Define and implement improvements to business process and ad-hoc projects in the face of ever-changing marketplace and consumers.

  • Create and maintain business process flow maps and diagrams to facilitate understanding of business needs and translate to technology solutions

  • Define scope of projects and timelines associated with the completion of initiatives

  • Develop and maintain relationships and communications with other team members and internal partners

  • Conduct meetings and facilitate collaborative discussions to develop requirements and new functionality needs

  • Serve as point of contact for user support and problem solving

  • Lead efforts to investigate, analyze, and resolve application issues related to system functionality

  • Review and validate test plan approaches as well as participate in system testing

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 6-8 years business analyst experience with utilizing program management methodology

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with CRM systems

  • 3-5 years’ experience with system testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead others in defining requirements and identifying solutions

  • In depth knowledge of business operations and processes for multiple businesses

  • Sharp focus on achieving results; persists at completing tasks despite challenges; ability to achieve results and navigate through ambiguity

  • Well-organized; plans activities and consistently follows up

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or ability to obtain within one year)

  • Project management

  • Agile methodology

  • Sales processes and methodologies

  • Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies

  • Financial services industry experience
