U.S. Bank Implementation Coordinator in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado

Elavon is a credit and debit card acquirer/processor and in addition offers gateway services to our clients. Our Customer Implementation and Delivery (CID) department in Denver is looking for an Implementation Coordinator (IC). The IC performs Project Administrator duties and also assists our Implementation Project Managers (IM) in getting our clients up and running on our various payment platforms.

The Implementation Coordinator contributes essential administrative support under the direction of an Implementation Manager or Manager and is an integral part of CID. Duties include all aspects of facilitating a project: taking meeting minutes, completing forms, submitting and following up on various paperwork with internal and external clients, acting as liaison between internal groups, and following up on assigned tasks.

The IC role is typically a stepping stone to an Implementation Manager position. With additional training and experience many of our ICs have moved into the IM role.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • One to two years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • General knowledge of business and/or technology, especially the Payments industry

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations

  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
