U.S. Bank Senior Program/Project Manager in EARTH CITY, Missouri
U.S. Bank is seeking an effective Senior Program/Project Manager with demonstrated project management and leadership experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Directs the overall work efforts of a project team. Provides oversight to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule goals and objectives for large sized programs or projects with extensive complexity and duration of 9-18 months. Manages programs/projects from initial concept through post implementation, including multiple implementation cycles. Plans and controls multiple related projects with complex dependencies and shared resources. Builds bridges and relationships with sponsoring executives and among different groups within and outside of technology and operations while serving as a liaison. Authors project management artifacts. Develops and maintains roadmaps and project plan(s). Works with resource managers to obtain resources. Ensures project governance is established and observed. Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project plan activities. Authors effective (clear, concise, relevant) communication for program/project stakeholders. Communicates difficult and/or complex ideas and presents the appropriate (tailored) message to audiences to senior executives. Promotes collaborative relationships across project team members.
At least 10 years of experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
Knowledge and experience in Agile delivery and associated practices.
Software application development and/or implementation experience.
System development life cycle experience.
Subject-matter expert in project control and reporting and project planning and organization.
CSM (Certified Scrum Master.
SA (SAFe Agilist).
SSM (SAFe Scrum Master).
SAFe: The Scaled Agile Framework.
Kanban experience Kanban is a scheduling system for lean manufacturing and just-in-time manufacturing
MS Project and document management.
-Transforming teams from waterfall to agile methodologies.
Ability to develop and foster relationships with internal partners/customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
