U.S. Bank Wealth Mgmt Spec Assistant 4 in DENVER, Colorado

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for the Denver Ascent Private Capital Management team. Reports to the Denver Regional Managing Director. Specific duties include, but not limited to:  

  • Provides assistance in managing the Denver office, from maintaining the Ascent image and brand to ordering supplies, etc. 

  • Supports the Regional Managing Director and members of the team as requested

  • Collects and interpret data to produce reports, conduct special projects, coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations, travel and expense management, compose correspondence and other documentation as needed  

  • Host clients while managing event planning and execution  

  • Primarily an 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday commitment, but will occasionally require support of client/prospect events that are evenings or weekends. Minimal travel requirement 

The Executive Assistant position will directly interact with the entire Denver team. Strong interpersonal skills are required. The Denver office is team-based and the ability to work within the collaborative culture of the team is extremely important. This position will also be the first and potentially last interaction clients/prospects have when visiting the Denver office. A strong service orientation and competence to represent Ascent confidently to advance our relationships with clients and prospects is imperative. 

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Interest in wealth management/financial services  

  • Willingness/ability to work on multiple levels (basic administrative responsibilities, manage multiple projects, confidently interact with clients/prospects, etc.) 

  • Ability to work collaboratively within Denver team and be independently capable of working projects through completion

  • Advanced administrative skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
