U.S. Bank Project Analyst in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Individual will provide project and analytical support to assigned business line and functional area(s). Responsible for leading and managing an effective testing process that ensures a quality delivery of all RPS related credit card projects, including multi-phased initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to defining the test strategy, test case development and execution, results analysis, defect reporting, tracking and resolution as well as post implementation validation actives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding of credit card products, in depth knowledge of credit card lifecycle events and functionality. Proven abilities to manage change across multiple systems and vendors. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodology is highly desired.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Five to ten years of experience in quality management and leadership activities
Considerable knowledge of credit card lifecycle events
Knowledge and use of generally accepted test management areas such as: strategy, test case definition, defect analysis, traceability
Experience with complex system integration
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, written and oral
Thorough knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
