U.S. Bank Marketing Specialist in CITY OF INDUSTRY, California

Performs a variety of clerical/administrative functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans and projects. Duties and tasks are varied and may be somewhat complex. Manages project or budget tracking for assigned department. Maintains schedules for key marketing projects and tracks expenditures and budgets. Maintains stock of literature, mails catalogs, updates and adds records to computer databases. Assists in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows; coordinates communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials. Coordinates or assists in the execution of targeted marketing promotions. Assists in meeting and event planning for assigned department. Maintains internal mailing lists and databases for marketing related employee groups and facilitates / coordinates mailing / emailing materials to groups.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Two or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Business level of Korean speaking and writing skills strongly preferred

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously under minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • General understanding of marketing and advertising
