U.S. Bank Senior Product Manager in CINCINNATI, Ohio
Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization's goals and market needs. Meets product profit and growth goals. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy. Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives. Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.
National Private Banking (NPB) was formed within U.S. Bank Wealth Management to exclusively handle wholesale private banking products and services to end clients of partner custodians via third party financial intermediaries such as Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Broker-Dealers. The main product offering of NPB is securities based lending with the full suite of custom private banking products included in the offering. The NPB Relationship Manager supports NPB’s strategic wholesale partnerships; developing, managing, expanding and retaining relationships with and driving engagement from third party RIA and Broker/Dealer firms, their advisors and end-clients. Partners with Private Banking Product Specialists to provide counsel and advice on the securities based lending program as well as the other private banking products and services available within the offering.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience as a Product Manager
Expert knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
Strong product management, design and development skills
Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
