U.S. Bank Senior Product Manager 4 in CHICAGO, Illinois

Oversees the strategic product management for solutions to solve for business client needs within the Global Treasury Management Receivables space with a focus in Lockbox. This position supports the organization's Biller Solutions goals and market needs. Meets product profit and growth goals. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy. Develops features/products that meet client needs and fit within the solution and business strategy. Provides usable and effective solution focused product info, marketing materials, training and other sales support. Takes an ownership and visionary perspective of product solution through engaged actions, willingness to think outside the box, expansive view of product beyond technology, and championing the product line for the bank. Seeks out new ways to expand and grow product set in meaningful and profitable ways. Work closely with TM Sales, Operations Partners, Customer Service, Marketing, Implementation, Technology, Vendors and other LOB partners.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight to ten years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Four or more years of management experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills

  • Strong product management, design and development skills

  • Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis

  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills

  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
